YOGA FOR CHILDREN Flower Sprouts, ages 2-4 ~ Flower Buds, ages 4-6 (Mimi Izzo) Children blossom from the inside out. At times, their pace of movement is much faster than their rate of development. Yoga gives them an opportunity to slow down, reconnect to their natural rhythm, and balance their energy. Each class presents a consistent series of postures to explore flexibility, encourage concentration and stimulate inner curiosity
