Children will create a vivid spatial world with props like streamers, stretchy fabric and feathers, pictures, poems, stories, music, and rhythm instruments. Suggested attire: comfortable clothing, socks or bare-feet
ITSY BITSY YOGA FOR BABIES from 6 wks old, not actively crawling (Celeste LeMieux) This class, designed for babies from 4 weeks (vaginal delivery) or 6 weeks (Caesarian) after birth up to pre-crawling - contains dozens of unique yoga postures designed to support your babyÕs development. Each class is filled with calming, nurturing ways toÊeaseÊ baby's digestion, enhance bonding and improve babyÕs sleep. During a Baby Itsy Bitsy Yoga class, babies enjoy yoga while on their backs, tummies, or held in loving arms. For parents, this class is a special opportunity to meet other moms or caregivers, get support, and learn about baby's emerging personality. Most of the yoga we do in Itsy Bitsy Yoga is for baby, but you will also learn breathing and relaxation techniques as you practice a bit of yoga yourself. No yoga is experience necessary. Baby Itsy Bitsy Yoga was created by Helen Garabedian, an Infant Developmental Movement Educator, yoga teacher, and mother

Each pose and activity offers parents the tools to help their babies sleep longer, digest easier, and grow stronger! Parents canÕt say enough about the supportive community that Itsy Bitsy Yoga class provides, and the new ways they have come to know and love their babies more deeply through the practice of yoga

YOGA FOR CHILDREN ages 3.9-6, 7-11 (Tara Rachel Jones) Children blossom from the inside out. At times, their pace of movement is much faster than their rate of development. Yoga gives them an opportunity to slow down, reconnect to their natural rhythm, and balance their energy. Each class presents a consistent series of postures to explore flexibility, encourage concentration and stimulate inner curiosity
YOUTH YOGA ages 12-15 (Tara Rachel Jones) As the early teen years unfurl, it can be a challenge to balance a deepening sense of autonomy with the growing responsibility and connection that go with maturity Ð andÊ all while body and mind are changing almost daily!Ê What a wonderful thing to find a place for relaxing, for stories and fun with friends, and discovering tools for inner peace.
